Nami Bot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Nami Bot (the “Bot”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with your use of the Bot.

Nami Bot is a fan-created, unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any official One Piece rights holders.

All One Piece names, logos, characters, images, and related franchise elements are the property of their respective owners.

1. Operator

2. Information We Collect

We process information reasonably necessary to provide and maintain Bot functionality, including:

Discord user ID (used as the account identifier in our system).
Gameplay data such as progression, level, experience, currency balance, sail count, crew, ships, combat state, event state, dailies, autosail state, collection log, PvP stats/matchups, referral state, bounty state, titles, and related profile settings.
Service moderation status (for example, ban status).
Technical metadata such as record creation and update timestamps.

We do not request account passwords. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through ordinary Bot gameplay.

3. How We Use Data

We use information to:

Provide core game functionality.
Save player progress and restore game state.
Enable gameplay features (for example PvP, rewards, events, referrals, and profile systems).
Detect abuse, enforce rules, and maintain service integrity.
Diagnose errors and improve reliability.

4. Legal Basis (where applicable)

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Bot, and on performance of the services requested by users.

We do not sell user data.

6. Data Retention

We retain gameplay and account-related information while the Bot remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, abuse prevention, compliance, and dispute resolution.

When information is no longer required for these purposes, we may delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can stop using the Bot at any time.

To process requests securely, we may require sufficient information to verify account ownership.

8. Security

We maintain reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Notwithstanding these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Bot is not directed to individuals under the minimum age required by Discord or by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.

10. International Transfers

Information may be processed, stored, or accessed in jurisdictions other than your own, including where our infrastructure or service providers are located.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions, which may provide data protection standards different from those in your country of residence.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

Any updated version becomes effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Bot after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
