These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nami Bot (the “Bot”). By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must comply with all applicable laws and with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and developer/platform policies when using the Bot.
You are solely responsible for activity conducted through your Discord account and within servers where you use the Bot.
The Bot provides game-related features, including player progression, virtual currency, crew management, PvP functionality, event systems, and profile features.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Bot at any time, with or without notice.
Nami Bot is a fan-created, unofficial project developed for entertainment purposes by community members.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any official One Piece rights holders.
All One Piece names, logos, characters, images, and related franchise elements are the property of their respective owners.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the Bot where we reasonably determine that conduct violates these Terms, harms users, or threatens service integrity or availability.
Moderation and enforcement decisions are made at our discretion.
All in-game progress, virtual currency, titles, and virtual items are provided solely for entertainment.
They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable except where explicitly permitted by in-Bot functionality.
The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent feature access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Bot.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Bot after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
